Players who pretend to be injured face being banned for the first time this season.
The English FA have introduced new measures in a bid to stamp out histrionics in the beautiful game.
A new rule for this campaign will see players who get an opponent sent off by feigning injury issued with a ban.
However, this does not cover those who dive to win free-kicks or penalties.
For a player to receive a ban for feigning injury, a red card shown to his opponent for violent conduct would have to be rescinded.
If footage used to overturn the decision shows that the player deliberately tried to deceive the match officials, they will face a three-match ban.
Other incidents missed by officials also face being dealt with by a panel of former referees who will now sit in judgment on unseen incidents as opposed to the referee of the game.
The new system for taking retrospective action against players was introduced to the Premier League two years ago and will now be rolled out for all Football Leagues and National Leagues in England.
