Ah, the magic of The Cup…
The FA Cup Third Round draw sees Arsenal travel to Blackpool for Unai Emery’s first game as manager in the competition.
With the game at Bloomfield Road set to kick off at 5.30, Arsenal were delayed in leaving their team hotel by somebody sitting on top of their team bus.
Pictures of a man sitting on the vehicle – seemingly wearing a Blackpool scarf – soon circulated on social media. Early reports suggest the man was protesting at Blackpool’s owner, Owen Oyston.

The man was later helped down from the bus where police spoke to him. Although it delayed Arsenal’s departure to the stadium, it is not thought to have delayed kick-off.
Blackpool supporters have regularly made their opposition to Oyston’s ownership of the club clear. Many of them currently choose to boycott matches, refusing to put money into the club.
Arsenal started the new year with a 4-1 Premier League win over Fulham. Blackpool, meanwhile, lost their new year’s day League One game at home to Sunderland by a single goal.
