Cam Newton is gunning for the MVP this NFL season.
The Carolina Panthers quarter-back inspired his side to a 24-17 win over Houston Texans, on Sunday.
Newton threw for 195 yards and two touchdowns, as well as getting on the scoresheet with a spectacular TD of his own.
On a quarter-back draw, midway through the third quarter, Newton pulled off a stunning front-flip somersault into the endzone.
It had shades of Dennis Quaid [or his stunt double] in Any Given Sunday pomp.
