The Oklahoma City Thunder star had to go to hospital after this incident overnight
Only yesterday we were telling you that no team had as much drama surrounding them as the Thunder. They proved that again overnight in a dramatic 115-112 loss to the Portland Trailblazers.
With just 2.5 seconds left in the game, Westbrook was struck on the head, accidentally, by team-mate Andre Roberson. The video, as you can see below, is bad enough but the impact it left on the All Star's face (main pic) is really tough to see.
At the time of writing there is no update on Westbrook's condition, the nature of the injury of whether he will be fit to play against the Lakers on Sunday.
The guard recorded his third triple double in a row during the game, notching 40 points, 13 rebounds and 11 assists. Any extended absence for Westbrook would be a huge blow for the Thunder.
