There are few things more satisfying in sport than some between the legs action.

Whether a simple nutmeg on the football field, a between the legs crossover dribble on the basketball court or Roger Federer's latest through-the-legs baseline winner, here at SportsJOE we love increasing the degree of difficulty. That's why this morning we are in awe of ice hockey star Seth Griffith, who pulled off a stunning double nutmeg when scoring for the NHL's Boston Bruins last night.
