Collateral damage as two hockey goons go head-to-head

Korbinian Holzer knew he had to pull out one solid punch to save face in a dust-up with Washington Capitals enforcer Tom Wilson. The Toronto Maple Leaf was in the middle of getting a royal beating when the on-ice officials stepped in to end the carnage.

Holzer was not finished yet, however, and landed his only solid connection of the fight.

The whole hurtful episode reminds us of the time Iron Mike Tyson got so pumped up in defeating Lou Savarese, in 2000, that he floored the ref.
