PIC: Tom Hanks took an old friend to the New York Rangers game last night

It's not unheard of to see a pair of old co-stars meeting up together to reminisce about old times over a sporting event.
But there was something original at Madison Square Garden last night for the New York Rangers 3-2 victory over the Boston Bruins.
Tom Hanks and the the blood-covered volleyball, Wilson, alongside whom he starred in the 2000 film Cast Away made an appearance at the arena.

We have no idea whether the 58-year-old actor brought the prop with him to the NHL game or whether it was the work of a fan who carries around a Wilson replica on the off chance that he bumps into Tom Hanks but we're delighted to see the pair reunited.Explore more on these topics:
