After being stitched up, Michael Del Zotto went back in the game

Earlier this week, Philadelphia played Colorado in the NHL and one very scary incident took place. The Flyers Michael Del Zotto went down near the corner of the rink and Colorado’s Daniel Brière accidentally clipped him with his skate. On the neck.

Luckily, while the cut looked horrific, it wasn’t dangerously deep so after a few very crude looking stitches, Del Zotto was back in the game.

However, the pictures he posted to his Instagram page showed just how gross the injury was.
