New Real Madrid boss Zinedine Zidane is certainly making all the right noises so far.

The former World Cup and Champions League winning midfielder has used his first press conference as a senior manager to set his sights on winning "everything". "We have two that we can win and we’re going to go for it," the Frenchman said, perhaps in a sly dig at predecessor Rafa Benitez making a monumental balls-up of the Copa Del Rey. Madrid were expelled from the competition after winger Denis Cheryshev played against Cadiz despite being suspended. Real Madrid CF v Real Sociedad de Futbol - La Liga Zidane, who scored the winning goal in Madrid's 2002 Champions League final victory, said he and his team will strive to do everything possible to please a group of fans accustomed to exciting football. "We’re going to try and be really exciting and entertaining for the fans, who know a lot about football," he said. Santi Solari, a former team-mate of Zidane's in the Spanish capital, has been appointed as an assistant to the new head coach.
