Barcelona are hoping that they can give Xavi the ultimate send off from the club this weekend as they face Juventus in the Champions League final. The midfielder is hoping he can add another Champions League title to what already has been an incredible career, before he heads off to the Middle East and his new club Al-Sadd There was a big farewell ceremony for the Spaniard today at the Camp Nou, with the stadium almost filling with tears with everybody,including the man himself welling up after a glorious career for the Catalan outfit.
