Being named a player of the year is a nice honour. It means that what you did during a whole season was so significant that you really stood out from your teammates. So to be named the best player in a certain position over an entire decade must be absolutely amazing. Well Wojciech Szczęsny is one such man after he won an online poll(no pun intended) by Brentford who were looking to select their best goalkeeper over the last 10 years.
