He's now Manchester United's all-time leading goalscorer, but when Wayne Rooney scored his 250th goal for the club, he joined an exclusive group of footballers.

After beating Sir Bobby Charlton's record of 249 goals for Manchester United with a late equaliser against Stoke on Saturday, Rooney cemented his already legendary status for the Red Devils. Quite a feather in the cap, wouldn't you say? Rooney still has a way to go to touch Messi or Ronaldo's club goal scoring records, and his current form suggests that's not likely to happen. But to share a space with two of the greatest players to ever grace the game? You can't argue with that.
