It was an eventful weekend in Italian football. Milan lost ground on city rivals Inter who are now nine points clear of the top and big favourites to clinch their first Scudetto since 2010. Third placed Juventus climbed to just one point behind Milan thanks to a first half hat-trick from star man Cristiano Ronaldo, while Fiorentina's Dusan Vlahovic achieved the same feat against Benevento to give La Viola their second win in five games. Napoli's victory over Milan could have drastic consequences in the title race, and Ante Rebic's late red card will not help Milan who are already without the injured Zlatan Ibrahimović.
