VIDEO: Luis Suarez breaks down in tears as he discusses meeting ill fan

You don't get to see this side of Luis Suarez too often.

The Barcelona striker has become infamous for his often unsavoury on-pitch "interactions" with opponents but he displayed a much gentler side during an appearance at a charity event for the book Relatos Solidarios del Deporte. Suarez discussed a meeting earlier that day with a young Barcelona supporter suffering from Phenylketonuria, a metabolic disorder often referred to as PKU. The Uruguayan international explained how it was the first time he learned of the disease but was moved to tears as it made him think about his own two children.

The little girl who suffers from PKU then joined Suarez on stage and the former Liverpool forward vowed to dedicate his next goal to her in what is a touching glimpse at the softer side of Suarez.
