Republic of Ireland midfielder Jeff Hendrick is certainly backing up the hype for club and country as of late. The 23-year-old has cemented himself as a starter for Martin O'Neill and it's performances like this for Derby that are making him one of the most exciting, young midfielders we've produced in years. Hendrick opened the scoring against Leeds on Tuesday night with a scintillating run into the box which saw him deftly beat a defender before he calmly dinked the ball over the diving Marco Silvestri in the Leeds goal.
