Dundalk FC needed two goals without reply to go through against BATE Borisov in normal time on Tuesday night, they did one better.

The Lilywhites are just two games away from the Champions League group stages after scoring a historic 3-0 win over BATE in Tallaght stadium. The Belarusian side took a 1-0 lead into the second leg courtesy of Mikhail Gordeichuk, but Dundalk cancelled out the advantage just before half-time with David McMillan heading home a beautiful cross from Daryl Horgan. https://twitter.com/eirSport/status/760562521338179588 David McMillan bagged his brace shortly after the interval, finding himself in the right place at the right time to fire the League of Ireland outfit into the lead. https://twitter.com/eirSport/status/760571001612673024 Then, just as the game was nearing it's end, Robbie Benson put the result beyond all doubt. https://twitter.com/eirSport/status/760578408761950208 Listen to our GAA podcast with Colm Parkinson.
