This probably isn't how you should react to getting sent off.

Newport County are having a rough season, sitting bottom of the entire football league pyramid, but were on course for a morale-boosting win at Cambridge until the Us staged a dramatic comeback. Barry Corr and Leon Legge scored in the final half hour to help Cambridge overturn a 2-0 deficit, before Mitch Rose - brother of Tottenham and England left-back Danny, conceded a penalty. Mark Roberts fired home the winner after George Maris' kick was saved, but it was Rose's red card - or rather his reaction to it - which was the real story. As referee Mark Heywood brandished the card, Rose expressed his disagreement in no uncertain terms. https://twitter.com/nozza_/status/833289318286372864 Newport boss Graham Westley was similarly unhappy with the ending to the game, telling BBC Wales: "The opposition dug-out were bemused by the awarding of the penalty.
"Even the implementation of the rules were wrong, in my view. I thought double jeopardy had gone out of the game and the red card was unnecessary. "Nobody on their side was appealing for a penalty. They wanted a corner. There were bizarre decisions all afternoon."
It is unclear at this stage whether Rose's actions will result in a longer ban for the midfielder, who only joined Newport earlier this year.
