Since joining on loan from Manchester United, Januzaj's chances in the Borussia Dortmund first team have been very limited but he's maintained his nice guy reputation throughout.
As usual, Januzaj didn't start when Dortmund travelled to FC Krasnodar in the Europa League this week and he sort of did his own thing during half-time as he wandered away from his teammates to have a kickaround with a young ball boy.
The Belgian winger donned his coach's cap as he explained to the youngster how to perfectly weigh a first time pass.
