It's just like watching Ronaldo... on the right... with a left foot. Gareth Bale is his own free kick magician though and he proved that again this afternoon when he took the ball off Cristiano and produced this special set piece. Real beat Espanyol 3-0 and, whilst we're still rubbing our eyes at the fact Ronaldo failed to score, we're doing it as much with this devilish free kick from the Welsh man who bent a perfect effort over the wall and in off the near post. And a fan captured the moment Bale brought the Bernabeu to their feet with this recording from behind the goals. And here's another look just for the craic. We did obviously go and check up on Ronaldo though and it's okay, he did pull off this fantastic first-time assist for the opener from James Rodriguez.
