We're not fluent in Spanish but we're led to believe that "Off to the stands!" sounds very like "Up for a game of hide-and-seek?" in that beautiful language.
That could be the only explanation for Tigres UANL manager Tuca Ferretti crouching down behind a seat after being sent off over the weekend. After being given his marching orders during Tigres' 2-1 defeat to Universidad Guadalajara, Ferretti thought it made more sense to attempt to hide on the match official. But the referee had obviously played hide-and-seek before and needed just a matter of minutes to find the (almost) out of sight coach.Most Viewed in sport
