How on earth did no one spot this

If it wasn't going to be a goal then it probably should have been a penalty for a push in the back. But even still it's still pretty baffling though that nobody even thought that Gonzalo Higuain had cheated for the opening goal of tonight's glamour Europa league clash in Germany between Napoli and Wolfsburg. The striker controlled a diagonal pass into the area with his chest, and a significant portion of his arm, before slotting home for the opener tonight at the VfL Wolfsburg Arena. He pretty much cradled the ball in his arms before taking it down and slotting home to give the Italian side the lead. All we want to know is what was the official behind the goal looking at.
