In front of an Allianz Arena packed with 70,000 spectators and God knows how many fans watching around the world, the Welshman was brutally blanked by Toni Kroos during his Real Madrid's Audi Cup final clash with Bayern Munich.
Bale, who was on the bench for the game, attempted to give Kroos a high-five after the German was taken off by Rafa Benitez in the 72nd minute.
However, Kroos failed to see Bale's extended hand as he made his way to the bench, which made for a pretty embarrassing moment for the Welsh star. Kroos eventually realised his mistake, and after the game, the pair made up by completing the high-five.
