Brede Hangeland could have been nutmegged with a beach ball in the warm-up today.

The Norwegian left his legs wide open ahead of Crystal Palace's 1-0 loss to Southampton tonight and was duly humiliated by his teammates. With defensive wherewithal like this, it's no wonder that he's struggling to break into Alan Pardew's side.
