It's just your bog standard red card for a last-man challenge on a human-sized bottle of BBQ sauce. There is some bit of an explanation for it but it's really not good enough to offer any real rationale for this. The incident took place in a testimonial game for Central Coast Mariners legend John Hutchinson and it was a bonkers match from beginning to end as it finished up 12-5. But the most bizarre instance came in the 63rd minute when this saucy striker broke through the defence only to be scythed down by Brent Griffiths who was given his marching orders. It's weird.
