Steven Gerrard hasn't played so much as a minute for LA Galaxy but he's already going down a storm with the press.

The former Liverpool skipper had his first proper encounter with the infamous Los Angeles paparazzi yesterday and it went absolutely swimmingly. Gerrard patiently posed for photographs, exchanged a bit of banter and even took a picture with a fan, leaving the snappers in awe at his levels of soundness, with one photographer hailing him as being "nicer than Beckham".
