You may not have heard about the 'bin challenge', but we guarantee you and your mates will be giving it a go next time at training. The concept is simple, participants basically try keep the ball in the air for as long as possible, and once everyone has gotten a touch twice, the person in the middle heads the ball into a bin. Simple, right? Well, not really. The whole thing can come crashing down at any point. One bad touch, one over or under-hit header or, worst of all, you could miss your final header into the bin. Which is why this effort from St Johnstone's youth side is so impressive.
