You may not have heard about the 'bin challenge', but we guarantee you and your mates will be giving it a go next time at training.
The concept is simple, participants basically try keep the ball in the air for as long as possible, and once everyone has gotten a touch twice, the person in the middle heads the ball into a bin.
Simple, right?
Well, not really. The whole thing can come crashing down at any point. One bad touch, one over or under-hit header or, worst of all, you could miss your final header into the bin.
Which is why this effort from St Johnstone's youth side is so impressive.
The lads manage 47 headers before heading it into the bin, and sparking absolute bedlam.
