Is Ruud Gullit the most non-committal pundit in football?

The Dutch legend gave his thoughts to BBC on how he sees the Premier League playing out this season and, unsurprisingly, echoed the beliefs of the bookmakers that Chelsea are the team to beat before going on to analyse the chances of the Blues' potential title rivals Manchester United, Manchester City, Arsenal and Liverpool. Here's how it played out. Ruud on Chelsea: "Chelsea at the moment for me, on paper, looks the best team although they lost the last game against Arsenal. Ruud on United: "They are under a lot of pressure because they have to do better than last year." Ruud on Arsenal: "Arsenal, of course, with Petr Cech looks a little bit better at the back. That's a good asset." Ruud on City: "Manchester City, what I've seen until now, didn't impress me at all." Ruud on Liverpool: "I don't know. I don't know. I really don't know" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H0Ig0ScX2Kk H/t to 101GreatGoals
