Peter Collins was engaging in a bit of casual trolling of Cork City before tonight's League of Ireland coverage on RTÉ with an unfortunate slip of the tongue. All eyes are on Turners Cross as last year's league runners up entertain last season's champions with both sides currently undefeated in their respective campaigns. But Collins, one of our favourite broadcasters, had an accidental jibe at the home side when he previewed their clash with Dundalk. The presenter devised an unoriginal and very-easy-mistake-to-make name for John Caulfield's side. It rhymes with City.
