Robbie Keane better carry his goalscoring mood into Ireland's pair of Euro 2016 qualifiers next month.
The LA Galaxy striker has been in unstoppable form of late and stole the second half when the Galaxy trumped Guatemala's Comunicaciones last night in CONCACAF Champions League group D.
Keane had come on as a half-time sub for Bruce Arena's side with the score 2-0 and was the difference in turning the game from a victory into a rout.
Having been on the pitch a matter of moments, the Republic of Ireland captain showed impressive footwork to turn in the box and unselfishly play in teammate Alan Gordon who was in a better position and made the score 3-0.
Keane had to wait until the 87th minute to get on the scoresheet himself when he availed of some selflessness on the part of Giovanni dos Santos when he had the simplest of finishes.
And the 35-year-old put a stamp on proceedings when he beautifully dinked the ball into the roof of the Comunicaciones net two minutes later to round out a 5-0 victory.
