We don't usually keep an eye on the Northern Premier League, the eighth rung of the English football ladder, but thanks to a post on Reddit/Soccer by user PMORTCFC we might start.
It introduced us to the hot local derby between Stourbridge and Halesowen Town, played in simply brutal conditions yesterday. With Stourbridge leading 1-0, Halesowen's Curtis Tilt had a pop from a stupid distance from goal and it flew into the net, salvaging a point for the visitors.
