The most memorable moment of Alex De Souza's Palmeiras testimonial game didn't come from the feet of any player. Rather it arrived in the form of a little can of vanishing spray in the hands of a very creative match official.
Former Brazil captain De Souza had gathered a bunch of buddies together for his swansong game last night and the referee paid tribute to the match in one of the most brilliant ways possible.
After awarding a free kick, he went all Banksy with his tin of "magic" spray and spelled out ALEX for all to see.
