We're not breaking any new ground in saying that Petr Cech is pretty damn good at drumming.
But when we saw that he had put together a cover version of song from an Irish band, we quite simply couldn't help but bring it to your attention. Dublin's The Script are the latest group to get the drum cover treatment from the man who, in a former life, used to play in goal in the Premier League. https://youtu.be/DQP8a4mxga4 Now the Czech stopper simply sits on the Chelsea bench and daydreams of cymbals because of that nuisance known as Thibaut Courtois. And with the kind of form that Courtois is in, Cech looks more likely to dethrone The Script drummer Glen Power than he does the Belgian number one.
