Pep is one intense coach
We're always fascinated by footage of the top coaches at work, mainly because it is so rare to see. But Bayern Munish are one of the more open clubs and we have seen clips of Pep Guardiola doing his thing a number of times now. Each time he displays a manic intensity that might be key to his teams being so good and he isn't shy about displaying his affection for his players either.
This footage, from an open Bayern session in Doha this week, shows the German giants going through a very impressive 'rondo' session but it is defender Harald Badstuber who comes in for a special level of praise from the boss.
