Paul Merson was in typically unmissable form as he commentated on Manchester United's 2-1 victory over Stoke City on Sky Sports News. The Arsenal and Aston Villa legend, who has become the reason to watch Gillette Soccer Saturday each week, fell victim to muscle memory as he failed to call host Julian Warren by his name. As Merse brought the studio up to date with goings-on at Old Trafford, he somehow managed to refer to Julian as "Jeff" before correcting himself and calling him "Jeff" again thirty seconds later.
