The problem is that a few hours before the unveling, club sponsor Wonga revealed their new logo which is rather different from that depicted on the Newcastle shirt.
A spokesperson from payday lenders Wonga blamed the "production schedule" for the whoopsie that now sees Newcastle's new kit officially out-of-date before it even goes on sale.
