22 years ago this week Neil Ruddock scored probably the most famous goal of his Liverpool career.

The 3-3 draw in January of 1994 saw the ex-defender notch a goal in one of the best games of the early Premier League era. The former Tottenham man had plenty of battles with various strikers during his time at Anfield, but one particular Frenchman really got his temper up. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tjQeBj7KwVE Ruddock and Eric Cantona had more than one coming together when both were in their prime, and last night the now very very fat ex-defender featured on BT Sports Football Tonight and explained the background to some of his battles with the Manchester United legend. 'Razor' explained that to annoy the former Leeds forward, he would turn his collar down,
'I'd turn 'em down and he's try and elbow me and beat me up in the tunnel. He scored in the last minute as well, a penalty, and he jumped round the back of the post and when we were walking I could hear 'C'mon fatty, tunnel.'
