Yeah, so what? He scores a screamer in injury time to win the World Cup for his country. Yeah, so what? He has more money than we could ever shake a hurl at. And so what if he has a beautiful girlfriend, the type we didn't even know existed in real life. But could he do it on a wet and windy midweek night in Stoke with a baseball in his hand? The Bayern Munich player was in Los Angeles to throw the opening pitch of the Dodgers and Mets games but, whilst all he had to do was throw the ball into a glove, he did his damn best to miss.
