Those were the words that rang around Old Trafford on Tuesday night as Louis van Gaal whipped Anthony Martial out of United's Champions League clash. The English side saw off CSKA Moscow 1-0 in a crunch group clash and, as fate would have it, it was Martial's replacement Marouane Fellaini who was on-field for the winner. But the fans were not happy at the decision to withdraw their electrifying teenage striker when they were in need of a goal. Again.
