Oh, Jozy.

We've seen plenty a stupid red card in our time. And they don't always come at Anfield from a skipper playing out his swansong against United. Former Sunderland *cough* striker, Jozy Altidore, has staked his claim for stupidest red card of the year though with this piece of madness in USA's game tonight. The Americans drew 1-1 with Switzerland in an international friendly but they were leading until Altidore's moment of madness. Big Jozy tracks back, puts in a fluffy enough challenge and the ref awards a free kick in a complete non-threatening area.
