Jose Mourinho elicited a few chuckles, on Friday, when he told reporters he would celebrate Chelsea's impending league win at home. On Sunday, two hours after claiming his third title as Blues boss, he stuck to his word. Unfortunately, for Mourinho and his family, Jake Humphrey and his BT camera crew were not far behind.
