UK comedian John Oliver is now a pretty big deal in the US. The one time Daily Show correspondent is now the host of his own weekly show on HBO called Last Week Tonight and it is proving to be a very big hit indeed. Last night Oliver appeared on NBC's Late Night with Seth Meyers and, of course, the Super Bowl came up. In the first few minutes of the clip below Oliver discusses crushing defeats for Seattle fans still coping with the trauma but it is when he turns to his own favourit team, Liverpool, that it gets good. At around the 2.20 mark Oliver relates a tale of when he was invited to meet the Reds when they visited the US last summer. It took him to the dressing room and he arrived at a very inopportune time.
