He is only 17, but Jordan Larsson may be one to keep an eye on
We are always wary of over-hyping sons or daughters of famous sporting parents. Usually it is unfair to expect any offspring to be as good as some supremely talented parent. The odd time, such as Frank Lampard Jnr, the son does surpass the father but it is a rarity.
With that in mind, and without putting too much pressure on a teenager, Henrik Larsson's son Jordan is off to a flyer in his young career.
Playing for Helsingborg in the Swedish Cup, Larsson curled in a beaut from the edge of the box against Syrianska last night. According to reports on 101GreatGoals, after the goal the crowd immediately broke into a chant of 'He's better than his Dad'.
No pressure.
Jordan still has a way to go to match the Celtic legend's career, but he is off to a good start.
