It's hard to call this fan violence because those involved seem to be a far cry from genuine football fans.
The Belgrade derby descended into anarchy today when kick-off had to be delayed by 40 minutes as fans of Partizan Belgrade and Red Star Belgrade clashed in the stands. Football was put firmly on the backburner by the ultras who hurled chairs and bottles at opposition supporters and police officers.
