The trickster managed to rope Mark Lawrenson into signing the document as well as Juan Mata, who was frozen out of Stamford Bridge by Mourinho.
The most satisfying signature, though, came from Diego Costa who gave his unwitting blessing for the sacking of his own gaffer.
