It turns out the Oxford Colts coaches, Philip Devlin and Noel Crampsey, had arranged with the other teams to let Adam start the match to see if he could bag himself a goal.
And, in the most touching and beautiful demonstration of pure sportsmanship and humanity, the players from East Donegal, Illistrin and Killea set it up for the most perfect day for Adam Morrison.
These are 10-year-old boys who showed sheer and utter class.
The defenders lose possession.
Morrison is through.
He beats the 'keeper.
The opposition can't believe it.
It wasn't his only goal.
And how he enjoyed it.
As did his team mates.
What a touching story.

In a world with so much madness and sorrow, in a sport so corrupt infested with plenty of problems, this is a real thing of beauty. This is perfect.
