Czech Republic and Latvia faced off tonight in a Euro 2016 qualifier. But, of course, you knew that and were glued to the screen, enjoying the break from club football to watch this eagerly anticipated fixture. For those of you who weren't watching this Titanic struggle, you missed one of the worst executed free-kick routines you're likely to see. Czech Republic had a free-kick in their opponents half, send everyone, bar goalkeeper Petr Cech, forward but decided to play a square ball. The Czech player then hit a limp pass, Latvia took possession, a quick pass and five touches later Aleksejs Visnakovs opens the scoring.
