Cristiano Ronaldo has followed up his Ballon d'Or prize with the much-coveted SportsJOE's "Sound Fella of the Week" award.
The Real Madrid ace showed his generous side by donning a disguise in order to surprise a young fan in Madrid. The costume was complete with shaggy wig, fake moustache and baggy clothes and the kid was lost for words when the Portuguese captain revealed his identity.
