Yikes, puts a few red cards we saw at the weekend in perspective
While the red cards received in the Aston Villa win over West Brom are best described as 'controversial' there is no doubt about this one from a regional Brazilian tournament known as the Copa Alagoas.
It was a semi-final clash between Murici and ASA when Murici's Leandro levelled one of the ASA players with a deliberate flying knee to the face after a strong challenge for the ball.
After leaving his man splayed out on the floor, Leandro then tried to pretend he was hurt before rightfully getting his marching orders.
