We're glad to see Thiago Alcantara kicking a football again.
Glad and very impressed at the same time because he's upped the stakes in the game formerly known as the "crossbar challenge."
Rather than just strike the ball against the crossbar like any old chump could do, the Spaniard decided to tie his jumper around the bar and try to knock it off from 30 yards.
And, unsurprisingly, it takes the former Barcelona midfielder just three attempts to loosen the knot and knock the the training top to the ground.
Alcantara has yet to appear for Bayern Munich this season after going under the knife last October to remedy his recurring knee injury but he looked in fine fettle this morning in training.
We look forward to seeing him back in competitive action before too long.
