Just when we thought we had missed him.
Jeff Stelling has been gone from our screens for too long but a lot of fans could probably get by a little longer without Paul Merson's pearls of wisdom. The former Arsenal and Villa legend is at it again, before the season even starts. He has made bold claims that Tim Sherwood's men will not only get relegated but finish rock bottom of the Premier League. And, if that wasn't enough, he's predicted his top four. His United-less top four. Merson has gone for Liverpool in his Champions League places as predicted on Sky Sports and he has thrown in Christian Benteke as the top scorer. The rest of them have somewhat behaved themselves but Matt Le Tissier's golden boot prediction might raise a few eyebrows.
